About the Authors


Linda Champion is a retired high school teacher who taught for twenty years in the Sacramento area. She lives with her husband, Kenneth Champion, in Citrus Heights, California, and enjoys spending time with family members and friends. One of her favorite things is hosting a candlelight dinner party, which usually leads to some lively conversation. She also offers the use of her antique-filled “Rose Room,” “Emerald Room,” and “Eagle Room” to overnight visitors. And sometimes, Linda throws in a tune on her violin. More Fairy Tales for Life: A Collection of Twenty Original Short Stories is Linda’s third literary effort.  Her first book is Conversations With My Auntie Margaret About Sporty Dog and her second book is Fairy Tales for Life: A Collection of Fourteen Original Short Stories.


Kenneth R. Champion is from Pennsylvania originally, but now is married to Linda Champion & resides in Citrus Heights, California. Ken served 31 years of military service in the US Navy & US Coast Guard Reserves. Ken served in Vietnam flying in C-121 aircraft performing airborne TV & Radio missions & served aboard ships in the Atlantic, Caribbean and Mediterranean Seas.
